It is voted that Committee members staff the morning parade. This committee will reserve a table for its members at the Pancake Breakfast on April 19th, should this event be held again. This would afford members time together for any last-minute problems, should any arise, with the approval of the sponsering group. Female members of this committee should be at the luncheon site by 10.30 a.m. on the 19th. Mr. Gaughan will look into possibly holding said luncheon at the Lexington Inn. He will note the room available, the menu and prices, and report same to this committee. It is suggested that the Generals' cars and drivers take the women from the luncheon to the Buckman Tavern to await the parade. Mr. Sperduto will call Mr. Maxner to check on the costumes for the Spirit of '76. Norwich University finds it impossible to participate in the afternoon parade, due to the fact that its students are on vacation at that time. Mrs. Litchfield will write to the R.O.T.C. units at Boston University, Tufts College, and Northeastern University, inviting them to march with us.
