NOVEMBER 11th
Mr. Healy reported on plans for Veterans Day. Mr Edward Fitzgerald,
of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, will be the parade marshal. The
Veterans of Foreign Wars suggest that out of town units join our for
this parade.
Mr. Healy will send out reminders to the marshal's two aides to send
him the parade lineup for the above date. Bir. Healy will bring this
lineup to our next meeting on October 22nd.
There will be a master list of Lexington Clergy available to this
committee, and one clergyman will be selected on a rotation basis
(or more if needed) . This is a logical way to select clergymen,
this committee feels.
Food For Thought:: Should this committee consider purchasing a
Public Address System for the numerous
holidays celebrated in Lexington?
Respectfully submitted,
Marilyn Hall, Recording Secretary
