After some discussion as to the proper order to
invite the church, it was voted to use the same list ,
in the same order, as at April 19, which will make the
Reorganized Church of the Latter Day Saints next on the
list, and. if they refuse, Sacred Heart will be invited.
At the close of the meeting, Mr Barnes reminded
the Committee that in 12 years the Town will be celebra-
ting the 200th Anniversary of the Battle, and that it
seems too bad the excess funds from this year can' t be
put aside in some way, and he asked permission from the
members to see what he could work out Although it
seemed doubtful the Committee agreed it should be tried.
Respectfully submitted,
Audrey E. Beardsley,
Recording Secretary
