TOWN CELEBRATIONS COMMITTEE
April 16, 1963
This special meeting took place at the home of
Pat Fox Present were Mrs Fox, Mrs Litchfield, Mrs
Bayle and Messrs DiGiammarino, Gilman, Barnes, Rudd,
Howard and. Gaughan
It was reported that the Shrine organization
was set Two busses were contracted for. Mrs Litch-
field was to arrange for the third bus
Mr Howard reported that the Committee will
recognize key people after the cast party Saturday night.
Mr Howard met with Mr McIntosh, Sid Ballou,
and Jim Broderick to work out the details of the motor-
cades
It was agreed that Mrs McGonagle be invited to
the luncheon
Mrs Touart was invited to the Pre-Theatre Party
Mrs Rawls who took over the Foreign visitors
for the League was to be informed that a section had.
been roped off in front of Carey Hall and that chairs
could be moved to the sidewalk with the cooperation of
the police She will be given admi='sion tickets
Jack Rudd will notify Mr Frothingham that he
is wanted to ride with the White Tricorn Hat and to be
at Battle Green Inn
The High School hosting for the dinner has been
taken care of
Mr Curle has to be in Lincoln at 3 :45 p m and
will leave the Reviewing Stand at 3:15 p m.
Ray Barnes will greet General Schriever
Mrs. Litchfield will send an air mail letter
to the DES Lexington and an ash tray as a souvenir
Armbands will be worn at the luncheon
The 250th will be asked to invite Mark Bortman

New members ofthe Committee will not be seated
until the report of the subcommittee is accepted The
final deadline is June 27, but we hope to have the re-
port by the end of May An abstract of the 250th re-
port will be in the Town Report We will file a com-
plete report
The next meeting of the Committee will be April
25 in the Town Accountants Office
