reserve the High Schnol Cafeteria by filling out a re-
servation blank in triplicate
4 The Student Council should prepare for about
500 visitors at an expense of about twenty-five cents
per person
Prom-Manaders The representatives reported
1 That the Prom-Manaders are willing to have
their queen be Lady Lexington for the 1060 celebration
2. That the question hal been raised by some
members as to the reason for the Prom-Manaders ° float
not being judged in the competition (The Committee
offered the explanation that since "Lady Lexington",
the Prom-Manaders ' queen, is the focal point of the
parade, her float is given the distinction of being
first in the parade However, the Prom-Manaders may
enter their float in the competition if they are
willing to be subject to the same rules as the other
float entrants and have "Lady Lexington" ride in an
automobile )
Mrs Litchfield reported

Scouts of the Thirties" to help with the organization
of that group for the 1960 parade

suitable souvenirs for the ladies attending the Patriots '
Day luncheon, 1960 )

quested an invitation to participate in the parade
(A letter stating that at this time there is no pro-
vision for horses being allowed in the parade will be
sent )
4 The First Naval District has rade its band
