LEXINGTON CELEBRATIONS COMMITTEE

The fifth meeting of the Town Celebrations
Committee was held in Car Memorial Hall conference
room at 8 p.m , October 16, 1956 The following
were present Messrs Gustin, Pierce, Lewis, Rooney,
Albertine, and Mrs Litchfield
The Secretary' s report was read and approved
Mr Gustin informed the committee the presen-
tation of books for the U N Bookshelf will be at the
library at 7 30 p.m , October 24th
Mr Rooney has been in touch with the managers
of the First National and A & P relative to sale of COOK BOOKS
U N cook books.
Father Hogan of St Brigid' s was present The

Mr Lewis informed the committee the American
Legion will be glad to give $10 toward books for the U N BOOKSHELF

Motion was made and seconded to have Leigh.
