LEXINGTON BICENTTNYIAL COMMITTEE
Minutes - April 16, 1975
A short meeting was called to order in the Visitor's Center at
7 00 p m with the following persons present George Rowe, Dick
Michelson, Steve Moore, Matt Powers, Harold Handley, Bob Tarlin, Lois
Brown, Rely Greeley, Ann Coc7olutto, Steve Politi, _1 Becky Nusndorfer
and Line Cole.
Morning Parade - be at Adams School at 7 20 am if you are marching
Re-enactment - ok - 6 am
Chairs - for reviewing stand and also will be used on Sunday
Presidents visit - scheduled for 11 am on the 19th
Sunday re-dedication rehearsal tomorrow 4 pm at Cary Hall. Bouillon
and crackers will be served the invited guests at the First Parish
Church with the hostesses in costume, after the ceremony.
Sunday evening - reception for the visiting Lexingtons and Dolores
Hidalgo group is taken care of by Howard Smith. Guests should be at
Cary by 6:30 pm before the concert Selectmen have been notified.
Youth events - Matt says everything seems ok Sixteen acts for the
Talent show Soccer has been scheduled The Rock Concert will be
held and tickets will be sold beforehand They will sell as many as
possible during the day of the performance Ten policemen will be
on hand during the concert
Post Parade Reception will prepare for 200
Next meeting of LBC will be on May 1st
