to fund the rest The group was reminded that they could apply for
a matching grant to the State Bicentennial Commission - a May 1 dead-
line.
After the three left . Linc read the letters from Ciano and Dedomenico .
LBC felt that the money should be given to the group but were concerned
to whom to make out the check The group calls themselves the Battle
Green players The Motion was made and seconded to give this group
$900 but for administrative purposes only the check would be sent
directly to Music Theater International for the rights to the musical

Tickets - The distribution of tickets for the Masterworks Chorale and
the Military Band Concert may become a problem in that many more appli-
cations are being received than there are available tickets. Bob has
asked the Masterworks Chorale to reserve 50 for the LBC distribution
and has suggested the Masterworks group reserve 100 more, for requests
from non-Masterworks subscribers The Military Band has already drawn
700 requests which will probably double before the April 4th cut-off
date. Bob made the point that there will be pressure for these tickets
and if the LBC wanted a different form of distribution than the "draw-
ing out of a cardboard box" they should speak up.
