The only changes since the ones I sent previously are to Section 6.7, distribution in the case of no descendants. Below is the new language. Please let me know if you would like any changes or if you have any questions about any of the documents. As for the trust you were asking about, is that the same as the GST trust with Bank of America as trustee? It sounded like a different one, but I wasn't sure. I do have a copy of the Bank of America trust. I will mark Tuesday at 11 on my calendar and plan to see you then, but of course if the neighbors need a different time we can adjust. Best regards, Rebecca 6.7 Whenever any property is to be distributed as provided in this Section 6.7, the Trustee will distribute such property as follows: (a) To the Special Needs Arts Programs, Inc. of Lexington, MA, $10,000 (b) 4f the remaining assets after the distribution in (a) above has been made: 1. 25% to St. John's College, Annapolis, Maryland 2. 9% to Rebecca Klebe Galipeau 3. 8% to Amelia Galipeau 4. 8%to Abigail Galipeau 5. 10% to First Parish Church, Lexington s M1y 6. 16% to Laura Counts "r - t 7. 12% to Niko Mechanic 8. 12% to Ruby Mechanic abouthlank 1112
