Present:Tim Lee,Gavin Grant,Rachel Summers,Nancy Sofen,Pat Moyer.Guest:Matt Foti.A
quorum of the Tree Committee was not present.
1.Matt Foti shared the attached plot plan for 19 Burroughs Rd.to demonstrate the limited
space available for a large canopy tree.It was noted that breaking up the drainage field
into smaller units would have permitted more planting.
2.Extensive discussion of the rationale for including or excluding trees from the Large
Shade Tree List for 4x mitigation credit.
3.The draft list was broken up for each member to check about 10 trees for size,native
range,and other characteristics for the next meeting.Tim to check availability.Pat to
research Matt Foti’s list.Rachel to review her database to see whether there are other
trees to add.
4.The sources that will be used to determine height,spread,native range and other
characteristics are
