SILC wants a transportation planning operation like the BTPR ! Sec °y Alt- shuler agreed, although he felt SILC could not be anywhere near the scale of the BTPR . Chairman Caswell closed the formal discussion. He and Sec °y Alt- shuler jointly agreed that SILC and the task force will come up with a work plan, as suggested by the Secretary. by May 1st. Mr Howard Forbes of Weston will represent SILC to Mr. Robert Murphy of the Sec- retary's office. Mr. Caswell asked that the representatives of the guest towns discuss the matter with their town governments and let him know if they wish to participate. The neat SILC meeting will be in Wayland on March 30th.
