Mr. Spaulding briefly described the proposal. for BEDwOR

Mr. Micholman will, meet with the Planning Board to dis—
cuss wording of the motion under this article. It was felt
that the proposal should be rendered less general; more
specific: a clear. sharply defined proposal with minimal
options is more likely to receive TM approval., According..
