Meeting Minutes
January 30, 2024

PRESENT: Marsha Baker, Margaret Coppe (Chair), Bebe Falick, Sandhya Iyer, Fred
Johnson, Melissa Robbins, Marie Tristan-Rago

Margaret called the meeting to order at 3:35pm
Economic Development Report Sandhya Iyer
• The Visitor Center was closed for January 2024, as it has for the past three
years. This is due to staffing problems and professional conferences held
during that month.
1. American Bus Association
2. North of Boston Convention
3. Destination New England
It will reopen for limited hours in February through March. Private tours
continue to be accommodated.
• Bus parking
3 dedicated spots are on Meriam Street
Minutes
• The minutes from 12/05/2023 were moved by Marsha Baker and seconded
by Melissa Robbins. The vote was unanimous.
Membership
• Welcome Marie-Tristan Rago who has been appointed by the Select Board
to the Tourism Committee.

• Bebe Fallick reported on 250th Monument progress.

Marsha made a motion to adjourn the meeting and Melissa seconded the motion.
The vote in favor was unanimous.
