2) Zoning Regulations Information & Enforcement.
a) Information sheet. Bob Ossman is creating graphics for guidelines on
controlling the Installation and use of outdoor lighting to be handed out
to anyone pulling a building permit. Time frame?
b) Enforcement. Violations of current lighting regulations have yet to
be addressed or corrected. How to implement?
3) Lighting of traffic policeman in Center Feedback on report.

1) Streetlights' What's happened with Selectmen's charge and Boston Ed?

a) What can Lexington do to achieve the goals?
b) What is the action plan? What are steps to achieve it? These are the
elements of Selectmen's decision

a) Specifications for conversion?
2) Getting written rates and worksheets on desired lamps
a) What energy conservation programs will help defray costs of
color corrected lamps? MDPU Rate hearing?
3) Installing and viewing lamps at test sites
a) Where, which and when?
c) What is time frame for each element?
3) Facilitation of above process & Division of responsibilities
Underground wired street lights (Class V) cost much more than ones with
overhead wiring (Class I)
Ex: $276 vs $84 per year for a 50 watt Sodium Vapor Our 184
underground wired street lights cost us $30,000 more each year
than would be the case if the wires were above ground.
