MDPU Rate hearing? 3) Installing and viewing lamps at test sites a) Where, which and when? c) What is time frame for each element? 3) Facilitation of above process & Division of responsibilities Underground wired street lights (Class V) cost much more than ones with overhead wiring (Class I) Ex: $276 vs $84 per year for a 50 watt Sodium Vapor Our 184 underground wired street lights cost us $30,000 more each year than would be the case if the wires were above ground.
