order to ensure that our selections reflect that diversity, and that we provide an equal opportunity for all
ap p lic ants to b e fairly c o ns id ered, it is rec o mmend ed that the B o ard lis t the to p c riteria/exp erienc e s whic h
should be reflected in the committee as a whole, and against which applicants would be evaluated.
To do so, two actions are suggested:
1.)Agree to a list o f the criteria/exp erienc es.
2.) F o llo w up que s tio ns s ent to all ap p lic ants, allo wing them to elab o rate o n their exp erienc e/fit fo r the s p ec if'ied
c riteria.
This would provide an opportunity for applicants to provide their relevant information directly to the Board,
and p ro vid e the B o ard an o p p o rtunity to und ers tand the qualif'ic atio ns o f all ap p lic ants equally.
