The original janitor's closet has been renovated into a small women's room. • The existing apparatus bay approach slab is bituminous concrete and not structural concrete and in need of repairs. girreersiPlanners redriiecfs/Engineers/Planners Architects/Engineers/Planners Based on the evaluation the options available to the Town of Lexington are: ■ Option A — Construct an apparatus addition to the rear of the existing facility. • Option B — Tear down the existing facility and construct a new Fire Headquarters. • Option C Maintain the station asis, andperform the modifications identified in Part 1 of the report. rchitects/EngineersiPlanners 0 RESCUE DEPARTMENT SITE PIAN - OPTION A rc ec s ngtneers/Planrrers ti'ttit. 1j htifN• e•4 ca' i • rw. 11111"%in ilh ‘ellt 6.111 WS Ina 111)."
