OF SECTION 15 OF ZONING BY-LAWS
Report back to the Selectmen within 6 months the results of a study, which will address
the efficacy of Section 15 of the Zoning By-Law as it relates to the protection and
preservation of property values. The participants in the study will be diverse in their
backgrounds with each participant providing a special skill or knowledge relevant to the
study
Proposed Membership: 1-2 real estate brokers residing and actively working in
Lexington

1 member of the Planning Board
1 member of the Historic Districts Commission
1 member of the Design Advisory Committee
1 statistician
1 representative of the wireless industry
