Chair Howard Levin called the meeting to order at 8:02AM. Howard thanked
everyone who pitched in on drafting the Report.
The Minutes of the November 22 and December 6 meetings were approved. Mr.
Levin indicated he would follow-up to locate the December 15, 2016 minutes.
Changes and corrections made to the final Report to the Board of Selectmen were
reviewed and approved, and final revisions to the Executive Summary and other
corrections were discussed and unanimously approved. Mr. Levin was authorized
to submit the final Report to the Board of Selectmen, including the Minority
Report.
Nancy Corcoran-Ronchetti (Planning Board) called in to confirm her continued
support of the full report.
Howard thanked everyone again for their participation and hard work on the Ad
Hoc Committee.
