Attendance:
Board Members: Bill Ribich and Jim Osten, members. Staff: Rob Addelson, Outgoing Assistant
Town Manager for Finance, Carolyn Kosnoff, Incoming Assistant Town Manager for Finance,
Ralph Pecora, Water/Sewer Superintendent, and Robin Fullford and Liz Tucker, Utility Billing.
8:00 am Call meeting to order
Mr. Osten called the meeting to order at 8:03 am.
Mr. Addelson introduced Carolyn Kosnoff as his replacement as Assistant Town Manager for
Finance. He explained the purpose of the Water and Sewer Abatement Board and outlined the
policies and procedures. Mr. Addelson then departed from the meeting.
