Dear Mr.Carroll:
Enclosed please find my check in the amount
of $150~OO as payment against your estimate for a
water service connection at 50 Hill st.from Wingate
Road.
It is my intention to have Mr.Vernon Page in-
stall a plastic pipe distribution system which will
be used during the growing season for watering trees,
lawns,and gardens.The system wi11 be shutoff and
drained during the winter season.
This will be an entirely private responsibility
on my part and the Town of LeXington will not have any
responsibility for digging up or repairing of the sys-
tem in case of a failure at any time in the future.
