Neighborhood Conservation District (NCD)
Meeting Minutes June 14, 2017
Present: Donna Moultrup, Chair, Richard Goldhammer, Vice -Chair, Chris Neurath, Secretary,
Richard Canale, Planning Board, and David Kelland, Historical Commission.
The meeting was called to order at 7:50 PM.
The minutes of April 18, 2017 were approved as submitted.
The draft Study Committee Report was discussed briefly. Donna will go to the Planning
Department to obtain a good map of the NCD area and she will work with Chris to produce a
final electronic version for distribution. A vote on the Study Committee Report is planned for
the next meeting on June 27th.
There was discussion concerning the neighborhood informational meetings. Each of the three
neighborhood representatives will bring a possible date in July to the next meeting. Based on
the attendance, additional dates in August will be planned, as well as one-on-one meetings as
needed.
There was considerable discussion and suggested changes for the "Talking Points" document
prepared for the neighborhood presentations. A third draft will be discussed at the next
meeting.
With committee input, a final distribution list for the Study Committee Report was decided.
Donna will contact Diane Pursley of Turning Mill to determine whether the report needs to be
sent electronically or via mail.
There was no public comment.
The next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, June 27th.
Meeting adjourned at 9:30 PM.
