On a motion duly made and seconded, the alteration was approved unanimously as proposed. On a motion duly made and seconded, the alteration was approved unanimously as proposed. Project received general informal approval for the proposed work. No Formal determination was made at this time, project was continued to a later date. After much discussion the project was continued to a later date. On a motion duly made and seconded, the alteration was approved unanimously as proposed. Property representative discussed restoration efforts that have been under consideration. Project will return in May for Formal Hearing. Demolition by Neglect: Chair Eccles informed the Commission that a potential demolition by neglect case may be coming before the Commission TBD.
