Minutes February 6, 2017
Attendees
David Williams, Chairman, Joanne Shorter, Cynthia Kuechle, Robert Pressman,
Douglas Lucente, Brian Kelley, Miles Connor, Wesley Wirth and Melissa Cull
Melissa Cull, grant writer, reported on her progress in creating a grant to be submitted to the
Community Endowment of Lexington for the Granite Forest Project. This grant proposal is due
March 18. Joanne Shorter agreed to work with Melissa.
Wesley Wirth reported on the changes he made to the Plan and the Committee gave him
feedback. He also reported that he had contacted Tom French, a well respected stone mason,
to get his thoughts on the project.
The Committee discussed fund raising ideas.
The next meeting is scheduled for March 21, 2017 @ 7:30.
The meeting adjourned at 8:30 PM.
