Members Present (12): Glen Bassett, Linda Dixon, Cerise Jalelian, Mary Hutton, Gresh
Lattimore, Lorain Marquis, Geetha Padaki, Sue Stering. Absent: Steve Cole, Sondra Lucente,
Julie Miller, Sandy Podgorski. Quorum: 6.
Subcommittee Members (15): Kevin Collins, Ytfang Gong, Ashley Rooney. Absent: Sudha
Balasuryan, Daniel Grable, Dabby Harter, Kristen Pulkkinen, Hong Xie. (Honorary Members:
Henry Murphy, Bob Tracey. 8 Vacancies.
Guest: Doug Lucente, Select Board.

Upcoming Events
- Middlesex Volunters Concert/ Dec 11 at 2pm. Need ushers.
- Martin Luther King / March 16. Mary and Lorain to meet with Senior Center Coordinating
Committee. Not in-person meetings. Total budget of $4-$5,000, just $1,000 of which comes
from the TCC budget
Dance Around the World/ March18 coordination will be by Sudha and As hley.
Lessons Learned fro m Veterans Day Breakfast/ Nov 5, 2022 / Ashley
- Numerous items were raised and recorded by Lorain for use next year.
- Ashley wishes to discuss early in the New Year the similarities of Veterans Day and Memorial
Day to see if any changes are warranted. She has already spoken to some Veterans.
