Minutes for Meeting on

Attending: Members: Judy Crocker, Elaine Ashton, Joe Pato, Andrew Dixon, Peter
Enrich. Consultant: Marian Cohen.
1. Meeting came to order at 7:50 AM.
2. Primary topic was review of feedback from working group members' experience
in taking the working draft of the survey. Several questions were revised for clarity,
and some changes were made to the structure of the survey. Marian is tracking all
the suggestions for inclusion in the beta -test version of the survey.
3. Plans for beta - testing were reviewed and refined. Invitations for the beta test will
be distributed shortly after Jan. 1, with feedback requested by the following week.
4. A follow -up meeting, to review the results of the beta testing, was scheduled for
Fri., Jan. 13, 2017.
5. Meeting adjourned shortly after 9 AM.
