Minutes for Meeting on

Attending: Members: Judy Crocker, Elaine Ashton, Andrew Dixon, Peter Enrich,
Ginna Johnson, Joe Pato, Alan Wrigley. Consultant: Marian Cohen. Guest: Rita
Pandey.
1. Meeting came to order at 7:45 AM.
2. Minutes of meeting of Sept. 29, 2016 were approved.
3. Logistics for preparation of survey were discussed. Contract with Framingham
State Univ. is in process of completion. Arrangements are being made for town to
obtain a Survey Monkey account for use in preparing and disseminating the survey.
Input about the survey's coverage is being sought from the elected boards, through
their representatives on the working group.
4. Much of the meeting was devoted to a review of the questions from the prior
survey, with detailed input on wording and content of the questions. Marian is
tracking all the suggestions for inclusion in future drafts of the survey.
5. It was agreed that further analysis of demographic data should be postponed until
after conducting the survey, so that the most current data can be used in the
analysis and report.
6. A follow -up meeting to continue review and revision of the survey instrument
was scheduled for Nov. 17.
7. Meeting adjourned shortly after 9 AM.
