Hi Miriam,
I am guessing that the Ad hoc Committee on Youth at Risk has been dissolved? The committee’s charge was to submit a
final report no later than September 30, 2014 to the School Committee.
Has this committee been officially dissolved (recapped in School Committee meeting minutes somewhere) and if so,
what is the date of dissolution and the date of the School Committee meeting minutes? Also, if a copy of their final
report is available, would you please forward a copy to the Town Clerk’s Office to file with this committee’s paperwork.
When a committee is dissolved, it is customary to reach out to the committee chair for any/all papers associated with
the committee’s work for archiving and permanent retention.
Judith Crocker and Jessie Steigerwald were appointed to the School Committee’s Policy Manual Subcommittee in 2014
with an expiration date of 2015. Have they been reappointed for another year? If yes, please forward the letters on file
for the reappointment or have new members been appointed? And if yes, please forward the new appointee letters.
