Jan10wassuggestedasagoodtimetodothis. c.ActionItem:SallyZimmermanwillresearchwhotheoriginalownerswereandwilldelve intooriginalarticlesfromthetimetheneighborhoodwasdesignedandbuilt. 9)Trees a.Weknowthattreesandnatureareanimportantpartoftheneighborhoodcharacter. Thisisbasedupondevelopmentoftheneighborhoodcharacteristicsdocument, feedbackfromneighborsandtheneighborhoodpaloozasurvey. i.Developingrulesandguidelinestosupportthepreservationofthis neighborhoodcharacteristicwillbechallenging. ii.ActionItem:DianePursleyandBobCreechwillmeetwithTreeCommittee member(s)andGinnaJohnsontoseehowbesttotacklethisitem. 10)CertifiedMailing a.Section3KofArticle29requirestheneighborstofundthecostofthecertifiedmailing, whichiscurrentlyestimatedat$1600accordingtothePlanningDept. i.Actionitem:RichardCanaleisgoingtoresearchoptionsforthefundingand/or reductionofthecostofthismailing.
