Minutes of the meeting held on Thursday, November 10t ", 2016
Members Present: William Thomas, Peter Lawrence, Jack Mitchell, Thomas Barry, Joseph
Lahiff, Hadar Boker, Jimmy Lane, Meghan Buschini, Venuri DeSilva, Ganga Nair, Nicholas
Newton -Cheh, Ishaan Khurana, Nachiyappan Solaiyappan, Lucas DiCerbo, Millie Landis,
Anthony Marbardy, Charles Marbardy, Deb Hankins, Sean Maloney, Doug Lucente and Shannon

Members Absent: Courtney Walsh, Annie Reilly, Avery Gehring, Rachel Michelson, Mitchell
Heyda, Emma Donigan, Bess Lawrence, Alia Rizvi, Michael Swift, Katherine Gehring, Karen
Duprey and Joe Hankins.
1. The minutes from the October meeting were read and approved.
2. Sweatshirts for new members were handed out and money for them was collected. Deb
has Katherine, Mike, and Alia sweatshirts; please make arrangements to pick up from her.
If you have not yet turned in your money, please get it in as soon as possible. We also
finalized the t shirt design and the shirts have been ordered, they will be $17 each and
they should be in for our next meeting.
3. The Halloween event was recapped; it went very well other than some members having
to help with setting up a haunted house that took quite long. We may adjust the allotted
time for next year to account for potential disruptions. THANK YOU GREAT JOB!
4. Our next event is the Thanksgiving Turkey Drive, which will take place the day before
Thanksgiving, Wednesday, November 23rd. We will meet at C &W Bus Yard, 240
Bedford St. at 3pm. Please remember to respect the privacy of the recipients of the
dinners. Drivers are Tommy, Rachel, Mitchell, Shannon, Sean, Deb (If needed), Peter,
Jack, Meghan, Ganga, Nick, Alia, Ishaan, Nachi, Lucas, Bess, Anthony Charles, Avery,
Katherine and Annie GREAT PARTICIPATION!
5. After Thanksgiving, we will immediately transfer into holiday fundraising for Lexington
families in need. We are aiming to raise $2500+ for approximately 100 children in need.
The first fundraiser is at the Tree lighting on November 25th, we will meet in the parking
lot behind Michelson's at 5:15pm. Costumes and sandwich boards will be there and we
will have candy canes to hand out. We will have a table setup at Brookline Bank. People
who have committed are Will, Joe, Meghan, Venuri, Ganga, Avery, Ishaan and Charles.
We are in need of more members, if you have an hour please come help.
6. After the Tree lighting we have a series of concerts at Cary hall. The following people
have signed up.
Friday December 2nd, Holiday Pops 3 -4pm - Tommy, Venuri, Ganga, Nachi, Jack, Mitchell
and Bess with Debbie
• Friday December 2nd, Holiday Pops 6:30- 7:30pm - Anthony, Charles, Lucas, Will, Courtney
with Shannon
• Saturday December 3rd, The Ultimate Christmas Show 7 -8pm - Ishaan, Millie, Will, Rachel
and Annie with Karen
Saturday December 10th, A Joyful Christmas Show 6:30 - 7:30pm - Lucas, Millie,
Meghan, Ganga and Courtney with Doug.
If you would like to participate in more time slots or have not yet signed up for any, please
contact Will or Jack as soon as possible.
