Mini Grant
th
Small amount of money doing work in rela?on to 250.
Jane concept of this. Money to award to different community organiza?ons; ques?on as to who gets the
money. LEF has rigorous process of reviewing grants and is a very complicated process. Need very clear
process of how we hand out money. Jillian and Jane do not believe our group has capacity to take on
mini grants. Mona suggests a rubric for grants from Lex 250 and suggests we point organiza?ons where
they could get funding.
Bebe said Freedom’s way has many grants for various reasons.
Paul has reached out to Historical Society and Cary Lecture series at the Cary Library to have lecture
