MEETING OF MARCH 29, 1999

The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board held in the Selectmen's Room Town Office Building,was called
to order at 7:05 p.m. by Chairman Merrill with members Colman,Davies, Galaitsis,Bridge-Denzak, Planning
Director Bowyer, and Assistant Planner Garber present.

67 Article 9 RO and CN to CD.Planned Commercial District. 903 Waltham Street.Fox and Hounds.Inc.
Mr. Bowyer reviewed the rezoning process for members not familiar with the planned commercial district
procedure. He reviewed the stair's preliminary analysis of the proposal and the choices available to the applicant
under the existing CN Neighborhood Business district.He noted that the proposed Preliminary Site Development
and Use Plan greatly expands the range of uses beyond that allowed in the CN district.The public hearing on the
proposal will be held tomorrow evening.
The meeting was adjourned at 7.45 p.m.
