owner of record of the Swommonland parcel in the Hardy Pond watershed, brought to
the Board's attention the recent report by Fugro, East, an environmental consulting
firm, which was contracted for by the Conservation Commission.
He said that the report states that the watershed of Hardy Pond Brook is blocked on
the Waltham side of the Lexington town border The flooding of the Swommonland and
the private lots near it is due to the development upstream in recent years State
law has given support to a court order not to issue any building permits that will
cause storm water release into a blocked watershed.
He hopes the Board will take account of this information in their decisions
