MEETING OF OCTOBER 7, 1992
The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board held in Room G-3, Town Office
Building, was called to order at 7 41 p.m by Chairman Williams, with members
Davison, Grant, and Planning Director Bowyer present. Mr. Domnitz arrived
during Item 149 Mrs Wood was absent
************************ PLANNING BOARD REGULATIONS **************************
149. Revision of Subdivision Regulations The Board continued its review of
the Subdivision Rules and Regulations, beginning with Section 1, Authority
Purposes, first draft dated 5/29/92. It completed review of that section, of
all of Section 2, General Regulations, first draft dated 5/29/92, and of
Section 3, Administration, Enforcement, first draft dated 5/29/92, through
paragraph 3.4 1, Determination of Plans Vested Against Amendments to These
Regulations At the next meeting in which the Board reviews the draft of the
Subdivision Regulations, the review will resume with Section 3, Adminis-
tration, Enforcement, beginning with subsection 3.5, Waivers, on page 10
The meeting was adjourned at 9 50 p.m.
