MEETING OF JUNE 1, 1992
The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board held in Room G-3, Town Office
Building, was called to order at 7 36 p.m. by Chairman Williams, with members,
Davison, Domnitz, Planning Director Bowyer, Assistant Planner Marino present.
Mr. Grant arrived during Item 88. Mrs. Wood arrived during item 89.
87. Review of Minutes The Board reviewed the minutes for the regular
meeting and the executive session of May 18, 1992 On the motion of Mr
Domnitz, seconded by Mrs. Davison, it was voted 3-0 to approve the minutes of
the regular meeting as amended, and those of the executive session as written.

RECOMMENDATIONS ON APPLICATIONS TO THE BOARD OF APPEALS
88. Applications To Be Heard on June 11. 1992 After an oral review by Mr.
Domnitz, the Board agreed to make no comment on the applications below
scheduled to be heard by the Board of Appeals on June 11, 1992.
77 Bloomfield Street, Richard and Jane Vladimer, request for special
permit in accordance with Section 6.7.3 of the ZBL for the reconstruc-
tion after destruction of more than 50% of a non-conforming garage at 77
Bloomfield Street.
10 Stevens Street, Robert and Mary-Ellen Cunha, request for variances
from the 30' front yard setback and 20' side yard setback to add a two-
, story addition to the side of a non-conforming single-family dwelling
with a front yard setback of 25 4' to the roof overhang; and to add a
mud room, porch and steps on the other side with a 16.8' setback from
the bottom step to Sutherland Road.

89 Summer Meeting Schedule Prior to their June 15, 7 30 p.m. meeting in
Room G-15, Town Office Building, the Board agreed to meet at 7 00 p.m. at the
former D'Arrigo property on Lowell Street, recently purchased by Peter Kelley,
to walk the site with landscape architect Gary Larson. The Board also
scheduled meetings to begin at 7 30 p.m. on Monday, June 29, Wednesday, July
15 in Room G-15, and Wednesday, July 29, in Room G-3, Town Office Building.

90. Revision of Development Regulations The Board continued its review of
Chapter 3 of the Development Regulations, beginning with 3.4.2, Requirements
for Other Types of Plans, on page 7 of the first draft dated October 18, 1991.
The review continued through paragraph 3 4.7.1, Major, Minor Revision, on page
15 of the first draft dated October 18, 1991. At the next meeting in which
the Board reviews the draft of the Development Regulations, the review will
resume with paragraph 3.4.7.2, Determination of Major, Minor Revision, on page
15 of the first draft dated October 18, 1991.
The meeting was adjourned at 9 57 p.m.
