MEETING OF JANUARY 27, 1992
The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board held in Room G-15, Town Office
Building, was called to order at 7 38 p.m. by the Chairman, Mr Williams, with
members, Davison, Domnitz, Grant, Wood, Planning Director Bowyer, and Assis-
tant Planner Marino present.

13 Recent Activity
a. National Tire Wholesale Mr Bowyer reported that he has received
calls from an engineering firm hired to do a traffic study for NTW at the
former Lawless Motors site on Marrett Road Mr. Bowyer, Mr. Williams, and Mr
Marino have received calls from Mr Jung, the developer of the Wright Street
subdivision
b. Departmental Move Mr. Bowyer also reported that the Planning
Department is scheduled to move into its new office on Feb. 5, and that Elissa
Tap, a Lexington resident currently working in the Town Clerk's office, has
been appointed as the new secretary

14. Article 23 Adiustments. Signs Mr Bowyer related that the current
version of Article 23 incorporates changes that the Board agreed to and
changes that Mrs Davison made based on the comments by members of various
interested committees who attended a recent meeting. Mr. Bowyer added techni-
cal corrections to make the language consistent with the rest of the By-Law.
15 Article 27. Citizens' Article. Minuteman Village Condominium Associa-
tion. Mr Bowyer reported the sponsors told him they want to withdraw this
article and will formally notify the Board of its withdrawal. The decision of
the Board of Appeals, which makes the rezoning unnecessary, probably won't be
filed until the following week and the 20 day appeal period must pass without
an appeal before the sponsors will officially withdraw. Therefore, the
article will remain in the Warrant.

struction of an Approved Plan, and Section 8, Changes to an Approved Defini-
