RECOMMENDATIONS ON APPLICATIONS TO THE BOARD OF APPEALS
130. Hearings Scheduled for May 25: The Planning Board agreed to make no
recommendation on the following applications scheduled to be heard by the
Board of Appeals on May 25, 1989.
j 32 Asbury Street, John J. Brisbois , variance from secondary street
setback to add a bay window.
6 South Rindge Avenue, David Bell, variance from side yard setback to
add a one-story addition to the living room.
22 Moreland Avenue, John Thorp, variances from front yard and side
street setbacks to add a two-car garage with a family room above.
131. 10 Pleasant Street, Wilson Farm, appeal of decision of Building Commis-
sioner, discussion: The Board agreed that the issues involved in this appeal
seemed to require a legal interpretation of all the complex material on both
sides of the case, and that the issues were not planning or policy ones. Mrs.
Uhrig commented that the Board of Appeals was not depending on the recommen-
dation of the Planning Board for this reason, when making their decision. The
Board agreed to table any action on the recommendation.
SUBDIVISION OF LAND
132. 167 North Street, Bruno Gallinelli: A presentation of a preliminary
plan showing a two lot subdivision off North Street was made for the applicant
by Frank DiPietro, BSC - Bedford. They are asking for the standard waivers of
a traffic study and fire alarm installation. Both lots will be off a standard
cul-de-sac, with either a common drive or two separate driveways. The Board
recommended the island inside the turnaround be as large as possible, to
