MEETING OF DECEMBER 5, 1990
The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board held in Room G-7, Town Office
Building, was called to order at 7 35 p.m. by the Vice Chairman, Mrs. Klaumin-
zer, with members Grant, Williams, and Acting Assistant Planner Marino
present. Mrs. Wood and Mr Domnitz arrived a few minutes later.
**************** ADMINISTRATION OF LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS ************
252. Woburn Street. Robert Cataldo Decision on Sketch Plan The Board
reviewed and corrected a draft letter to Mr. Cataldo dated December 5, 1990,
approving the sketch plan, with conditions. On the motion of Mrs. Klauminzer,
seconded by Mr. Domnitz, it was voted 4-1 (Mr. Domnitz voted in the negative)
to approve the letter, as amended.

253. David Dixon Report. Desien Guidelines for Commercial Districts Mrs.
Wood reported that the Selectmen have asked that the Planning Board vote a
general endorsement of the report. Members agreed there had not been suf-
ficient time for them to read the report since they had only received it on
Monday evening, and they were reluctant to give this endorsement tonight. The
Board agreed to postpone this item until its next meeting on December 17.
The meeting was adjourned at 8 10 p.m.
