Suggested Guidelines for the Development of Affordable Housing on Vacant Public Sites, and b. Policy Positions and Comments About Meagherville-Pine Meadows . Individual selectmen made various suggestions for revisions to "Suggested Guidelines ...", which was approved by the Planning Board on January 23, 1989, but no consensus was reached by the Selectmen. In discussing the probable inclusion of some market rate housing units, both Boards agreed the objective should be to get the maximum number of affordable housing units while keeping the development economically feasible, and both Boards agreed to meet again in two weeks to resolve the differences.
