MEETING OF JULY 13, 1988
The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board, held in Room G-15, Town Office
Building, was called to order at 7 33 p.m. by the Chairman, Mrs. Uhrig, with
members Klauminzer, Williams, Planning Director Bowyer and Assistant Planner
Nordby present. Mrs. Wood and Mr Sorensen were absent.

190. Pine Meadows Mrs. Uhrig reported the Selectmen will make the motion
under Article 2, and discussion for all articles will take place then. No votes
will be taken until all the presentations are made Mrs. Smith will make the
Town's financial presentation, followed by the Pine Meadows Advisory Committee
presentation, and the presentation by Moore Homes, Inc.
Mrs. Uhrig will outline the alternate development procedures before the Town,
under the Zoning By-Law. Mr. Bowyer will then walk the Town Meeting through the
report entitled "Characteristics and Impacts of Alternative Development
Scenarios , prepared by the Planning Department.
In an informal poll of the Board members present it was agreed to urge that if
the land is developed, whoever develops Pine Meadows should incorporate the
Meagherville parcel into any development plan in order to provide a more inte-
grated approach to development of the whole area
The Board continued to discuss whether they supported outright purchase of Pine
Meadows Mr. Williams' first choice is for outright purchase, and his second is
for the proposal presented by the Pine Meadows Advisory Committee. Mrs.
Uhrig' s and Mrs. Klauminzer's first choice also is for outright purchase, and
their second choice is for the Moore Homes proposal
The meeting was adjourned at 7 56 p m.
