MEETING OF NOVEMBER 14, 1995
The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board held in Room G-3, Town Office Building, was called to
order at 12:03 p.m. by Chairman Davison, with members Davies, Grant, Planning Director Bowyer,
Assistant Planner Marino and Secretary Tap present. Mr. Canale and Mr. Merrill were absent.

SUBDIVISION OF LAND
183 Schoolhouse Lane. John Esserian. Release of Lot 2: After a brief discussion, on the motion of Mr.
Grant, seconded by Mr. Davies, the Board voted unanimously, 3-0:
Acting under section 9 4.2 of the Lexington Zoning By-Law as the Special Permit Granting Authority,
under condition #6 of the Special Permit with Site Plan Review dated June 22, 1994 for the School-
house Lane subdivision, under section 3 7 of the Zoning By-Law, and under sections 3 7 4.3 and
3 7 4 4 of the Development Regulations,
1) that the amount of surety for the Schoolhouse Lane subdivision be set at $25,000. Per
section 3 7 4.4.5 of the Development Regulations, $22,114.50 is the minimum amount of
surety that the Board must hold. After review of compliance with the Landscape Plan, the
Planning Board reserves the right to increase this level of surety;
2) to accept surety in the amount of$25,000 in the form of passbook#1080110 from
Lexington Savings Bank;
3) to release lot number 2 only; and
4) for lot number 2 only to grant a waiver from the provisions in section 3 7.5 4.6 that require
the filing of Certificates of Completion so that the developer, John Esserian, may complete a
real estate transaction on lot number 2 and the dwelling may be occupied.
The meeting was adjourned at 12:15 p.m. 4
