Members Present: Linda Dixon, Chair; Avram Baskin, Glen Bassett, Chuck French, George
Gamota, Leslie Masson, Judy Baldasaro

Business:
Linda convened the meeting at 4:10 pm. She read the Town notice regarding the
conduct of public virtual meetings, and declared that a quorum was present.
The committee approved the minutes of its meeting of October 5th, 2023 by roll call
vote.
Chuck French, Linda Dixon, James Pan, and Judy Baldasaro met with Bethany Ramirez, Town
Webmaster. Chuck reported that he is very pleased with the current state of the website.
Bethany will try to improve the site’s search engine optimization to give the site greater
visibility on web browsers. Judy will do progress checks with Bethany, as well as checks with
the STEAM Team on the status of ChatGPT, which they proposed at the prior meeting.
Linda mentioned that the committee’s efforts were getting favorable press in the Lexington
Times, the Lexington Observer, and the Link for Lexington. Linda also reported that she received
an e-mail from a resident who is interested in joining the committee.
