Call to Order: Mr. Lamb called this Committee’s hybrid meeting to order at 7:02 P.M., with
all 6 members reporting as present by a roll call and this Committee joined the Summit.

Adjourn: A Motion was Made and Seconded at 9:42 P.M. to adjourn. Roll-Call Vote: 6–0
This Minutes was approved by the CEC at its meeting on December 7, 2023.
