The meeting was called to order by Chairman, Weidong Wang at 9:07 A.M.

2.EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR’S REPORT
A.Greeley Village Change Orders
The Board reviewed Change Order #4 in the amount of $9,407.08. This change
order is composed of 3 proposed changes: relocate smoke detectors, add two
additional electrical outlets and upgrade the fire alarm panel.
These were necessary to close out the building permit and gain occupancy permits
in response to the requirements by the electrical inspector and fire chief.
Upon motion by Robert D. Peters and seconded by Melinda Walker, the Board voted
to approve the Proposed Change Order #’s 4, 5 and 6 and process Change Order #4 in
the amount of $9,407.08. The roll call vote was as follows:
