Town of Lexington Appropriation Committee (AC)
November 7, 2023
Place and Time: Remote participation via a Zoom teleconferencing session that was open to the
public; 7:00 p.m.–7:30 p.m.
Members Present: Glenn Parker, Chair; Sanjay Padaki, Vice-Chair; Alan Levine, Secretary; Anil
Ahuja; John Bartenstein; Eric Michelson; Lily Manhua Yan
Members Absent: Carolyn Kosnoff, Assistant Town Manager, Finance (non-voting, ex officio);
Sean Osborne
Other Attendees: none
At 7:06 p.m. Mr. Parker called the meeting to order and took attendance by roll call.
All votes recorded below were conducted by roll call.
Announcements and Liaison Reports
Mr. Parker thanked committee members for their work on the report to the special town meeting.
Updates on financial articles
There were no updates for any financial articles on the warrant.
Proposed amendments to financial articles
There were no amendments proposed for any financial articles on the warrant.
Future meeting schedule after the special town meeting
The Committee agreed to schedule the following dates for future meetings:
• Thursday 11/30/2023
• Thursday 12/14/2023, provided that there is no Budget Summit that evening
• Thursday 1/4/2024
Approve Minutes of Prior Meetings
Minutes from the Committee meeting on October 26, 2023, were approved by a vote of 7-0.
Adjourn
The meeting was adjourned by a roll-call vote at 7:19 p.m.
