Tavern District. On a motion duly made and seconded, the alteration was approved unanimously
as proposed.

After much discussion the side porch and color scheme were approved as proposed, the front
porch was continued to a later date.

East Lexington Roadway Improvements Project, Pleasant Street to Marrett Road: David
Cannon, representing Town of Lexington, exterior architectural changes in the East Village
District. On a motion duly made and seconded, the alteration was approved unanimously as
proposed.

exterior architectual changes in the Hancock - Clarke District. On a motion duly made and
seconded, the alteration was approved as proposed in a vote of 4 -0 -1

9 Hancock Street: Dawn McKenna, exterior architectual changes in the Munroe Tavern District.
The HDC will act on behalf of the Board of Selectmen, as the administrating authority and
administer the property's preservation agreement.
On a motion duly made and seconded, the proposed changes were consistent with the
preservation agreement, and unanimously approved with two conditions. Owner must collect and
submit photographic documentation of existing dwelling. During construction any materials
removed, must be preserved.
On a motion duly made and seconded, a Certificate of Appropriateness, under the HDC's
statutory authority, was unanimously approved.

ACTION ITEMS:
Lexington Center non - compliant signage: Will be discussed at future meeting.
Alternative Energy Guidelines: motion mad to adopt alternative energy guidelines.
