On a motion duly made and seconded, the alteration was approved unanimously as proposed. On a motion duly made and seconded, the alteration was approved unanimously as proposed. On a motion duly made and seconded, the alteration was approved in a vote of 4 -0 -2. After much discussion the project was continued to a later date. On a motion duly made and seconded, the alteration was approved unanimously as proposed. On a motion duly made and seconded, the alteration was approved as proposed in a vote of 4 -0 -1 Documents Used: Drawings dated 6/22/16 18 Belfry Terrace: Henry Liu, exterior architectural changes in the Battle Green District • No representative present 9 Hancock Street: Dawn McKenna, exterior architectual changes in the Munroe Tavern District. The HDC will act on behalf of the Board of Selectmen, as the administrating authority and administer the property's preservation agreement. On a motion duly made and seconded, the proposed changes were consistent with the preservation agreement, and unanimously approved with two conditions. Owner must collect and submit photographic documentation of existing dwelling. During construction any materials removed, must be preserved. On a motion duly made and seconded, a Certificate of Appropriateness, under the HDC's statutory authority, was unanimously approved. Alternative Energy Guidelines: motion mad to adopt alternative energy guidelines. Unanimously approved.
