Staff: Dave Pinson - neault, DPW Director, Ralph Pecora, Water /Sewer Superintendent, and Robin Fullford, Utility Billing. 4:30 pm CaII meeting to order Jim Osten called the meeting to order at 4:30 pm. Review for approval Minutes of the Meeting of March 17, 2016 Review for approval Amended Minutes of the Meeting of February 25, 2016 It was moved by Mr. Ribich, seconded by Mr. Osten and approved unanimously to the approve Minutes of the Meetings of February 25, 2016 and March 17, 2016 as presented. Review draft handout for residents who wish to appeal the board's recommendation Begin discussions relating to updating the Policies and Procedures of WSAB Board members agreed to table discussion of these item until we have full attendance. Status Report of Abatement Requests • 27 Recommendations to be heard tonight • 52 Recommendations on hold for history or documentation Abatement Recommendations for Consideration The following leak -based abatement were presented: 96 Bow Street ($1,465.54) 8 Conestoga Road Interest only 5 Kitson Park Lane ($340.61) 265 Lowell Street ($3,593.02) 265 Lowell Street #2 ($7,636.65) 727 Marrett Road ($135,863.84) 718 Massachusetts Avenue ($629.30) 2045 Massachusetts Avenue Interest only It was moved by Mr. Ribich, seconded by Mr. Osten and voted unanimously to approve all Bill- ing /Meter Issues Abatements as presented. Irrigation on Domestic Meter 9 Lillian Road ($1,041.14) It was moved by Mr. Ribich, seconded by Mr. Osten and voted unanimously to approve all Bill- ing /Meter Issues Abatements as amended. 1 Approved Minutes of the Meeting 5/12/16 Lexington Water and Sewer Abatement Board 201 Bedford Street Lexington, MA 02420 Billing/Meter Issues 35 Chase Avenue 14 Fairlawn Lane 53 Peacock Farm Road ($1,938.06) ($638.10) ($170.16) It was moved by Mr. Ribich, seconded by Mr. Osten and voted unanimously to approve all Bill- ing /Meter Issues Abatements as presented. It was moved by Mr. Ribich to abbreviate minutes of the meeting going forward. Ms. Fullford suggested that the board wait until Mr. Addelson was in attendance before making a decision. The motion was not seconded. Schedule future meeting time. The next meeting of the Water /Sewer Abatement Board will be held at 4:30 pm on June 23, 2016 at 201 Bedford Street. Adjourn It was moved by Mr. Ribich, seconded by Mr. Osten and approved unanimously to adjourn the meeting at 6:04 pm. 2
