Call to Order: Mr. Lamb called this Committee’s hybrid meeting to order at 7:03 P.M., with
5 members initially reporting as present by a roll call and this Committee joined the Summit;
Mr. Boudett joined later as present by a roll call.

Adjourn: A Motion was Made and Seconded at 8:53 P.M. to adjourn. Roll-Call Vote: 6–0
This Minutes was approved by the CEC at its meeting on October 30, 2023.
