MEETING OF APRIL 1, 1998
Chairman Merrill called the meeting of the Lexington Planning Board held in Room G-15, Town Office
Building,to order at 7:00 p.m.,with members Bridge-Denzak,Colman,Davies,Planning Director Bowyer, and
Assista t-Planner-Marino-present.-Mr.-Galaitsis-was absent.

82. Recent Activity
a. 22 Revere Street.Definitive 7 4.5 Subdivision Plan,Rollout: Mr.Bowyer,Marino rolled out a sketch
preliminary plan for the 22 Revere Street development under Section 7 4.5,that was submitted by Daniel and
Janice Whitney on March 20, 1998. The staff has not reviewed the plan in detail yet. The time for action on
this plan expires on June 19, 1998.
b. 519 Marrett Road: Mr Bowyer reported that he and Mr. Marino met with Harry Wight and his
development team,who have purchased the former Butler property at 519 Marrett Road.Their architect has
refined the layout for the land, originally prepared by Gary Larson, and reduced the number of units has eight.
They presented an aerial photograph of the whole area.Mr Bowyer said the plan seemed promising
c. APA National Planning Conference: Mr.Bowyer gave the Board some details about the schedule of
activities of the APA National Planning Conference taking place in Boston April 4 though 8 and Board
members discussed their various involvements.

83. Article 32.Wireless Communication Antennas:Article 40. Outdoor Lighting: The Board briefly discussed
their presentations for Articles 32 and 40,which are to be taken up tonight at Town Meeting.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:55 p.m.
