General Discussion of Presentation of Planning Board Articles: The Board continued its preparation of presentations to the Town Meeting of its proposed amendments to the Zoning By-Law Mr. Bowyer informed them of the order and the date on which zoning amendments are scheduled to be taken up and reviewed procedures and the sequence of motions for presenting articles at Town Meeting. Because Mr. Merrill's travel schedule requires him to be out of town,Mr Colman will present Article 33, Small Lots,and Mr.Davies will present Article 36,Nonconforming Parking,Lexington Center. 71 Signing of Reports to Town Meeting: The Board signed the official copies of their reports on Articles 13, and 32 through 41 that they will submit to the Moderator,Town Clerk and Town Counsel. ************* ADMINISTRATION OF LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS ************** PLANS NOT REOUIRING APPROVAL UNDER THE SUBDIVISION CONTROL LAW 72. Form A/98-4. 20 and 22 Revere Street,Whitney and Austin: The Board reviewed an Approval Not Required Plan for land at 20 and 22 Revere Street. On the motion of Mr. Colman, seconded by Mr Davies,the Board voted unanimously to endorse the plan entitled " Approval Not Required Plan,Revere Street, in Lexington, MA(Middlesex County)," dated March 13, 1998, prepared by The BSC Group,Inc.,Norwell,MA., certified by David J. Crispin,Registered Land Surveyor,with Form A/98-4, submitted by Austin and Whitney, applicants, as it does not require approval under the Subdivision Control Law ******************** PLANNING BOARD ORGANIZATION, SCHEDULE ******************** 73. Signature sheets for Registry of Deeds and Land Court: As required by State statute,the Board endorsed signature sheets, required to be on file with the Registry of Deeds and the Land Court,reflecting the current membership of the Board and staff members authorized to sign for the Board. The meeting was adjourned at 7:55 p. m. (//yy 611 Steven L. Colman, Clerk
