Lexington School Committee
Executive Session Minutes
December 20, 2005
An executive session was convened at 10:55 p.m. on this date at Lexington High School.
Present were Chair Helen Cohen and members Tom Griffiths, Tom Díaz, Olga Guttag,
and Scott Burson. Also present were Superintendent Paul Ash and Director of Human
Resources Carol Gregory.
Carol Gregory updated the School Committee on negotiations with LEA regarding the
new Technology Bargaining Unit.
Dr. Ash discussed the status of negotiations with LABBB and Article 13V of the LEA
Contract (high school teacher load.)
There was a motion to adjourn at 11:20 p.m. by Mr. Burson. The motion was seconded
by Mr. Griffiths. Ms. Cohen: Aye, Mr. Díaz: Aye, Mr. Griffiths: Aye, Ms. Guttag: Aye,
Mr. Burson: Aye.
